A Windows CE program that changes the desktop wallpaper at specified time intervals.  The program allows the wallpaper files to be in any directory and uses 6 different image file formats including JPG, GIF, and BMP graphics files. A picture preview shows a thumbnail view of available wallpaper files. er files.
